Yup, but I wasn't just thinking about UNC.
I believe the ACC has several schools (Duke, UNC, and UVA come to mind) that believe they are academically on par with the Ivy Leagues. While VT is an academically great school, I do wonder if any of the schools still hold their noses up towards VT because they believe a school located in the mountains will never become an Ivy League caliber school. In UVA's case there may even be some resentment because they were "strong-armed" into helping VT get into the ACC and now VT is slowly dominating the state (athletically speaking). WRT the the administration and faculty, I realize they may not have a consensus opinion about a particular school which could lead to interesting dynamics when it comes to working relationships between the schools.
